Anika Bose

About

Dr. Anika Bose is a licensed psychologist with specialization in trauma treatment, health psychology, and obsessive-compulsive–related disorders. She earned her Doctor of Psychology degree with an emphasis on integrated and relational approaches to care, and has received advanced training in EMDR and PACT-informed interventions. Her clinical practice serves adults with complex trauma histories, chronic illness, and anxiety-related conditions.

Dr. Bose’s supervision style is intentional, depth-oriented, and highly individualized. She emphasizes strong theoretical grounding, careful case formulation, and the ethical application of evidence-based interventions. Supervision sessions are designed to help interns develop clarity around treatment goals, therapeutic pacing, and outcome measurement, while also attending closely to the therapist–client relationship.

She is particularly supportive of supervisees interested in trauma-informed and integrative work, and often incorporates discussion of attachment dynamics, neurobiology, and cultural identity into supervision. Live observation and detailed case review are available to enhance learning and support clinical growth. Dr. Bose encourages thoughtful self-reflection, curiosity, and ongoing professional development throughout training.

In addition to her private practice, Dr. Bose has experience providing training and consultation to multidisciplinary teams. She values supervision as a collaborative process and seeks to create a supportive learning environment where interns feel challenged, respected, and prepared for advanced clinical work. Her goal is to help emerging clinicians build both competence and confidence as they move toward independent practice.
