My diverse background also includes training, teaching, and consulting. I employ a developmental approach to supervision. I endeavor to meet my mentees where they are and assist them in developing competence and personal readiness with a clear understanding of the integration of theory, ethics, industry standards, and evidence-based practice. I believe in developing the whole person of the therapist!
