About
| I’m an enthusiastic individual who is committed to strengthening individuals, and families dealing with substance use problems as well as mental health. My name is Stephanie, and I am a 38-year-old LCSW, LCADC, and CADC supervisor. I feel I would be a great asset because I have worked with clients for the past nine years as well as facilitated ASAM trainings for the Nevada Boards for Social Work as well as for the Nevada Board of Examiners of Alcohol and Drug and Gambling Counselors. Three of my CADC interns passed their written and oral exams and I do not have any interns at this time. I enjoy passing my knowledge to new clinicians. I believe in the humanistic and person-centered approach; I have a great understanding of different therapy modalities. I also believe that each person is an expert in their own life and ultimately have the answers and ability to find solutions. I am also a caring loving person who is great with people, and my strongest skill is the ability to give empathy to others as well as be straight forward. |
