Beatrice Marquez

About

Beatrice Marquez is a Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LADC), approved clinical supervisor, and Executive Director of F.A.M Healing Center, LLC, a behavioral health agency serving individuals and families throughout Southern Nevada.

Licensed since 2017, Beatrice brings extensive experience in substance use treatment, addiction recovery, co-occurring mental health conditions, trauma-informed care, and court-mandated services. Her clinical background includes outpatient treatment, Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP), individual counseling, group facilitation, clinical assessments, and treatment planning.

As a supervisor, Beatrice is passionate about mentoring the next generation of addiction counselors and helping interns develop the confidence, clinical judgment, and professional skills necessary to become effective and ethical practitioners.

Her supervision approach is supportive, collaborative, practical, and growth-oriented. She believes that quality supervision should provide more than simply meeting licensing requirements. It should create a safe learning environment where interns can ask questions, discuss challenging cases, strengthen clinical skills, and develop their own professional identity.

Interns working with Beatrice can expect guidance in case conceptualization, clinical documentation, ethical decision-making, treatment planning, professional boundaries, and evidence-based approaches to substance use treatment.

Through her leadership at F.A.M Healing Center, Beatrice understands both the clinical and operational aspects of behavioral health services and enjoys helping emerging professionals navigate the realities of working in the field.

Individual and group supervision opportunities are available, with flexible scheduling options.

Beatrice welcomes motivated CADC/LADC interns who are committed to learning, professional growth, and making a meaningful difference in the lives of those they serve.
