Enros Manaligod

About

I am a Marriage and Family Therapist licensed or authorized to provide telehealth services across 11 states, a Nevada Board-approved Primary and Secondary Supervisor, an Ohio Independent Marriage and Family Therapist with supervision designation (IMFT-S), an AAMFT Clinical Fellow, and an AAMFT Approved Supervisor Candidate. I have maintained a private practice since 2017 and am currently pursuing a Doctor of Behavioral Health (DBH).

My clinical background includes individual, couples, and family therapy, behavioral health leadership, case management, and military mental health services. I have completed Gottman Level 3 Clinical Training, EMDR training, and continuing education in trauma-informed treatment, ACT, DBT-informed interventions, systemic family therapy, and clinical ethics. As an Air Force veteran, I also bring personal and professional experience working with military members, veterans, and their families.

My approach to supervision is collaborative, reflective, and grounded in systems theory. I believe effective supervision involves more than reviewing clinical cases; it should strengthen a clinician’s critical thinking, clinical judgment, ethical decision-making, and confidence in developing their professional identity.

I encourage supervisees to examine cases through relational, cultural, and contextual perspectives while integrating evidence-informed interventions appropriate to their clients’ needs. Supervision provides an opportunity to explore clinical challenges, strengthen case conceptualization, and develop greater independence in clinical practice.

I am currently accepting Nevada MFT interns seeking secondary supervision and welcome collaboration with their existing primary supervisors. I offer individualized virtual supervision emphasizing professional growth, accountability, and thoughtful clinical development.
