Heidi Rhoades

Hi, I’m Heidi Rhoades, LMFT, a Nevada-approved clinical supervisor and private practice owner. I provide supervision for Marriage and Family Therapy Interns seeking a collaborative, growth-oriented environment where questions are welcome, mistakes become learning opportunities, and clinical confidence can develop over time.

My supervision style is rooted in both developmental models and discrimination models, and is based on the belief that good supervision should challenge you while also providing support.
