Angel Littlefield

About

Hello! My name is Angel Littlefield, and I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) and board-approved supervisor in Nevada. I have worked in the mental health field since 2016, beginning in psychiatric case management, Basic Skills Training (BST), and Psychosocial Rehabilitation (PSR) before transitioning into therapy in 2017. Since then, I have worked in community mental health, domestic violence services, clinical leadership, and private practice. Prior to opening my private practice, I served as a Clinical Program Manager, where I supervised interns, supported clinician development, and oversaw clinical programming.

My clinical work is rooted in trauma-informed care. I frequently work with survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault, human trafficking, grief, and life transitions, as well as individuals navigating cultural identity development. I also enjoy working with people in helping professions and clients exploring codependency, boundaries, self-worth, and relationship patterns. My approach is influenced by CBT, TF-CBT, ACT, Attachment Theory, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Polyvagal-informed interventions.

One of the things I enjoy most about supervision is watching clinicians grow in confidence and discover their own voice as therapists. I believe supervision should be collaborative, supportive, and practical. My goal is to create an environment where learning is encouraged, mistakes are viewed as opportunities for growth, and questions are always welcome. While I take the work seriously, I also believe humor has an important place in both therapy and supervision.

Interns working with me can expect support with case conceptualization, treatment planning, documentation, ethics, and building strong therapeutic relationships. I value authenticity, curiosity, self-reflection, and professional growth, and I encourage clinicians to develop a therapeutic style that aligns with their strengths and values.

I believe the best supervision relationships are built on trust, transparency, and mutual respect, and I look forward to supporting interns as they continue developing into confident and authentic therapists.
